What kind of insurance did you purchase from Milne-Scali & Company? That 
company is an insurance agency that provides casualty insurance services. You 
cannot prove that you have insurance by having a policy issued through an 
insurance company that Milne Scali represents as an agent for that company. 
What kind of insurance id you buy?  That could have been liability insurance 
for your bike to satisfy the state's requirement to have liability insurance. 
It could have been a bail bond, etc. You cannot provide a possible claimant 
with a Certificate of Insurance for any coverage. How well do you know 
insurance coverage? What risk were you trying to insure against? Did your
